A little bit of everything this week, starting with the very little!

Neil Gaiman fans, you may know about the upcoming Coraline movie, but did you know about the knitwear therein? Click on the link to go to the movie's website and then enter the key SWEATERXXS to see Althea Crone's indescribably tiny sweaters knit for the characters in the upcoming stop-action movie to wear.

What, you want to see the rest of the site? Here are the rest of the keys, via Mr G himself -- glad to oblige.

The password above should be STOPMOTION and there is one you didn't list sweaterxxs
The coolest one of all...

It's late, I'm done cooking, and I just re-read your post .. sheesh!

You should check out http://wendyknits.net/archives/2556

The Coraline movie people sent her a box with movie stuff in it...

OMG! Did you see the seascape sweater?! It had tiny dolphins frolicking! That's one low budget hobby as far as yarn goes. How many mini-sweaters could one knit with one skein?

Those would be amazing knit items even at full scale, but to make them so tiny is beyond astonishing. Thanks so much for this. Now I'm looking forward to the film even more.

Oh, I hope that movie comes to cinemas in Norway! Fantastic! Thanks for all the keys.
Congratulations on your new pillow.

I am completely in awe of the tiny tiny sweaters and the mad genius of she who makes them. Thank you for sharing the site and the keys... it was a magical little trip into puppet land.

Did you know they now included the sweater pattern for Coraline's Star Sweater on the website? Just look in Coraline's room in the 2nd drawer in the nightstand!
