a little Ukulele for a happy new year!

this is way overdue. when was the last time i posted anything uke-ish?

anyway, give this video a few seconds for the guys to get started and i believe you'll be dancing by the end of it. [yay for good production value!]

hahaha. Thanks for that. You can't not smile listening to an Irish guy singing surf songs on a ukelele. That's one excellent mic. They sound great.

Oh, they are great! And in searching your uke tag, I see that YOU play - awesome!

I haven't played since we moved here 2 years ago but now I'm going to go find my uke and start again.

In case you don't know already, just south of you in Michigan is another ukulele/knitting conjunction. Check out LynnH at her Colorjoy blog.

She's a knitting fiend and plays an unusual bass, with her hubby on ukulele, as the Fabulous Heftones.
